Atelier Make Class Cancellation Policy: All class fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation by email more than 14 days in advance: 50% of the class fee will be credited to the student in the form of a gift card. Gift cards have no expiration date. *In the event that Atelier Make is able to fill the space a full credit will be issued. Class registration can be transferred to friends or family so that the fees are not lost.
Cancellations by email less than 14 days in advance: For last-minute cancellations, no credit is issued. *In the event that Atelier Make is able to fill the space a full credit will be issued. Class registration can be transferred to friends or family so that the fees are not lost.
Absences: It is the student's responsibility to attend all classes.
2-week intro classes : If a student is absent for week two of a 2-week intro class, the Atelier Make team will trim and glaze the work on behalf of the student.
6-week classes : If a student is absent, every effort will be made to offer the student a space in another class within the same week. However, class make-up is not guaranteed as is depends on space, schedule, and availability.
Glazing classes : If a student is absent for a glazing class, the Atelier Make team will first make every effort to offer an alternate time for glazing within the class session. If this is not possible the student will be offered two options: 1) to have their work glazed clear by the Atelier Make team; or 2) To take their bisque-ware home and bring it back for glazing in a future session.
