Summer Camp : Youth Pottery - Aug 18
The week of August 18, it's all about Kids!! In this mini-day camp, young potters 8 years and up are invited to discover a new creative medium! With the help of our skilled instructor kids will learn the basics of working with a potters wheel: wedging, centring, and all the necessary skills to create a series of small objects. Working with porcelain, each student will make, trim, and decorate a personalized collection of cups, bowls, and small sculptural objects. Maximum of 8 youth per group. Bring a snack for your child. Participants are welcome to remain at the studio until 12:30pm to eat their lunch.
