Handbuilding : $375, materials included. 6 weeks, 2 1/2 hours per week. Handbuilding is the primary technique used by the designers at Atelier Make. This handbuilding class introduces participants to the techniques of slab building. In addition to learning essential technical skills required to create with clay, students will create a total of 6 exciting projects from beginning to end. Projects include jewelry, small plates and platters, cups and mugs. Maximum 9 students per group. A deposit of $100 plus tax is required to reserve a place in any class. The balance of $275 plus tax is payable at the first class. Kaïa will be your teacher.
